Challenge
Credit24's existing website failed to inspire trust - outdated visuals, cluttered layouts and confusing messaging undermined the brand's credibility at the exact moment users needed confidence most. Without clear visual hierarchy or guided navigation, potential borrowers struggled to understand the loan process, leading to high drop-off rates and poor conversion.

What I Did
First, I gathered the brand guidelines from the graphic designer, started a small competitor research and reference seeking in order to understand Israeli Fintech best practices and design trends. Then I defined the tone and started ideating sketches for the application form, until I closed the whole website with a fully functional prototype that was sent to developer for build.

Working professionals seeking quick, accessible loans face a frustrating reality - complicated applications, excessive paperwork and slow approval processes that don't match the urgency of their financial needs. Without a trustworthy, streamlined digital experience, potential borrowers either abandon the process or settle for unfavorable terms.
Solution
I designed the full website and loan application form - building on the existing brand identity to create a clean, modern experience that guides users confidently through every step. The final deliverable was a production-ready Figma prototype with a complete design system, handed off directly to the developer.
