I was responsible for translating the client's UX specification into a complete visual design, design system and responsive mobile-web experience.

Challenge

Couples managing wedding guest communications relied on manual processes - spreadsheets, individual text messages and scattered reminders across multiple channels. With no dedicated tool available, planning SMS workflows for hundreds of guests was time-consuming and error-prone. The design challenge was to simplify a complex, multi-step communication flow into an intuitive experience that works seamlessly across mobile, tablet and desktop.

What I Did

I started with the client's UX specification and built the product's visual foundation from scratch - designing the logo, brand identity and graphic language. I then mapped the SMS user flows and case scenarios across different touchpoints before moving into full UI design for mobile, tablet and desktop. To ensure a smooth handoff, I delivered a complete design system and production-ready assets for development.
