Role

I was responsible for leading product design end-to-end - from analyzing the client's research and defining the user foundation through to delivering a complete, production-ready website design.

Challenge

Users navigating package delivery face a fragmented market - with no single platform to compare providers, pricing and delivery options side by side. Without a clear way to evaluate choices, users default to familiar services regardless of cost or speed, leaving money and time on the table.

What I Did

I started by analyzing the client's existing research to extract key user needs and define the target persona. From there, I shaped the product direction through a problem statement and user story, then moved directly into UI design - developing a full responsive website with a personal dashboard for comparing, tracking and managing deliveries. The final deliverable was a complete high-fidelity interactive prototype ready for development.

The client conducted user research prior to the project, which became the foundation for every product decision. Key findings revealed clear user priorities and behaviors.
